第一届BD-ISAC国际高端流式交流会

随着流式技术的快速发展,越来越多的研究者开始采用流式进行科学研究。2015年19~21日在北京COE,美国国际流式促进会(ISAC)现场教育工作组与BD生物科学部联合举办由理论与实验上机相结合的流式课程。

本次课程由ISAC流式专家进行理论培训和流式应用的上机演示,演示内容涉及多个研究方向。参会老师全程可以与专家们进行面对面的交流,最大程度发挥专家与老师的积极性。

整个课程内容包括:"建立自己的流式细胞仪"的流式原理介绍;实验室常规性检测包括DNA、增生、凋亡分析,高难度的多色、胞内实验、干细胞分析等。此外,流式分析质量控制专题,将帮助大家解决流式分析主观性大的问题。

为了向全国各地更多使用流式技术的科研工作者分享本次精品培训课程,BD生物科学将全程现场直播理论培训内容。

ISAC:International Society for Advancement of Cytometry,国际流式技术促进学会。学会致力于推动和促进流式技术在生命科学,生物医学等领域的发展。旗下有学术期刊《Cytometry》,并每年举办国际 CYTO会议推进细胞分析技术的发展和应用。

Lecture 5 - Quality control and validation of flow cytometric data:  There are four essential variables of the instrumentation, reagents, sample processing and data interpretation which can impact flow cytometric analysis.  In this module, we will discuss various components of "instrument related variables" in a flow cytometer and discuss conventional and emerging concepts in characterising instrument performance and tracking it over a period of time to ensure data accuracy and reproducibility.
